Renacci Supports Rolling Back Recovery

“While Congressman Boccieri has a record to run on including support for policies that retrain workers to put them back to work and ending tax loopholes that ship our jobs overseas, Mr. Renacci has a record to run from with numerous ethical challenges, lawsuits, and elitism,” said Jessica Kershaw, spokeswoman for the Boccieri campaign.

“While his campaign manager talks tough and Mr. Renacci talks a good game, his record is out of touch with 16th district voters,” Kershaw continued.  “The Congressman looks forward to standing shoulder-to-shoulder and asking Mr. Renacci why he wants to roll back the recovery with his support of failed policies.”

He could have disclosed the trust income on his tax return, as the state warned he should, but he didn’t. He could have paid the taxes and then contested the amount, but he didn’t.
